Work Culture at ASML
The nature of this role allows you to work closely with multiple cross-sector projects, which allows you to develop your network within the organization.
The luxury of remote work is a bit limited when it comes to fulfilling this role. This is because you might be needed to be present onsite due to an escalation or a design issue that needs to be addressed in the cleanroom.
