The salary is very high in the case of the field support team
Very good salary for a 12-hour, 3/3 shift engineer.
If not a shift engineer, the salary would be slightly better than ordinary companies. You can go home on time and enjoy time with your family.
Salary growth rate is not bad among the companies in Japan. But if you compare it with the other country's offices of ASML, it could be the worst growth rate.
