- A laptop is provided to everyone, making it easy to work remotely.

- Work equipment and tools are provided quickly.
Difficult place for a new hire, with very limited training and not much help from subject experts. Constant changes of projects and priorities make it difficult to get visibility about the group or department. There are communication gaps within teams. Leadership is not pushing enough for changes in teams. Teams operate east to west and north to south within hours without proper direction.
