Great pay and bonuses. Interesting product if you're lucky enough to have any exposure.
Engineers are cogs in the system.
Expose employees to more of the organization outside of just their current group. Unless you're a senior person, you have no exposure to what's going on in other projects across the organization. You are just an FTE.

Engineer
Three rounds. The first is with an HR representative, the second one is a phone interview with the hiring manager, and the last is an online interview with six interviewers in half-hour slots. Also, I needed to prepare a 45-minute presentation.

They never even let me know if I got the job or not after two rounds of interviews. They could have at least sent an email saying no. When I reached out to the recruiter, they said they would look into it but never came back to me.
