It's a fun place to work. I think work-life balance is appreciated. Pay is slightly above average for the entire bell curve. The company has a complete monopoly in EUV photolithography. Your job is likely secured for the next 8 years unless you severely underperform.
The company moves very slowly because it is very process-driven. Everyone quotes "it's not our WoW" as an excuse to not do work, even if it doesn't make any sense if you really think about it.
4 rounds in total. 1 HR round, 2 technical rounds, and 1 final round with the hiring manager. They did not ask too much related to technicality; they asked more questions about the engineering process and teamwork in general.
HR phone interview, HR Zoom interview, interview in person with 2 team managers and 1 engineer for a tag-team style drilling of proficiency and troubleshooting scenarios and how you dealt with certain blah blahs. How relevant your experience was.
I had to record myself on their platform and answer a couple of questions. The questions were all non-technical. Things like, "How do you go about resolving conflict?"
