Very good employer, as a temporary worker you feel part of the team too.
Despite only working for ASML as a temporary hire, I didn't feel like one. I was allowed to attend all events, outings, and staff meetings, and consequently, I felt very much at ease.
ASML is a fast-growing company, sometimes growing faster than its foundations can handle. You can notice this in certain fundamental IT matters that are sometimes still undervalued. But everyone is doing their best to move forward. Great employer!
The D&E department sometimes has too much authority and influence over what IT does. Of course, IT works for the business, but some matters are simply overruled, to the extent that they fall outside of policy. That should not be possible.
