Great company, technology, and opportunity
Great people to work with. Most people are engaged, skilled, and interesting. I learn new things every day just by coming in and working on machines. ASML is really dedicated to development, and trainings are readily available. Also, everyone has an opportunity to reach for goals outside their comfort zone.
There are high expectations for everyone's performance and high pressure to deliver results. Sometimes it can get to be too much, causing hard feelings and burnout.
Most teams feel like they are in trouble, struggling to deliver. Even when they do, it is late. We should keep the urgency but change the outlook from negative to positive, so that everyone is working together and motivated by a vision.
