Pay is good. Large enough to have a decent benefits package. Flexible working hours for most. Has been fairly stable for the last seven years.
It's very hard to transition from temporary to regular full-time. It's very difficult to move up or apply for another position within the company or the parent company, ASML.
Hold lower management more accountable.
Allow transfer of employees across business units.
Make the formula for profit sharing more transparent.
