Benefits are very good and compensation is competitive.
Top-down management that is completely unresponsive. If you don't fit into the company image or standard, your credibility and commitment will be questioned constantly. Don't even get your own desk, and good luck seeing the sun at all in the winter. Not recommended for fresh grads.
Slow down, listen more, and stop treating employees like raw bodies to throw at a problem.
