Feeling welcome from the start
Despite ASML being a big company, I feel really welcomed by my team. Support is good, considering the fact that due to the COVID-19 measures, we mostly work from home. The social aspect is not forgotten while working from home.
To keep control over everything that is happening at ASML, there are a lot of systems and WoW's organized. Therefore, getting something arranged can be a little tedious. It's not all bad, since this structure also takes away troubles from you and makes you focus more on your job.
