Systems Performance Engineering
There are three interviewers. They are part of the team that is responsible for the system test. It was an online interview through Microsoft Teams. I applied two weeks before the interview took place.
Industrial Engineer
Easy and quick. They make you feel comfortable. They introduce themselves and ask some questions about your experience/university. Why you want to work there, why Netherlands, why that position.
Software Engineer
I was contacted by a staffing agency. There was a first phone screen and then an onsite interview for 4 hours with four different people. The whole process took around 6 hours. It was mostly technical, with questions from previous projects.
