Role clarity is not well defined.
If you are a software engineer, do not expect the same facilities as in other companies.
Consultants do not get the same good treatment as the staff.
A lot of unnecessary meetings.
The roadmap for the projects should be explained more clearly, and there should be greater transparency regarding the direction of the company/department.
