Poor career development. The skills, excluding soft skills, built at this company are ASML-specific. Software development skills will not be developed through work; they are dependent on team placement.

ASML Interview Experiences
Embedded Software Engineer
First, a phone screening of basic C questions. Then, a face-to-face interview with three engineers. This interview included C questions, resume-based questions, and real-time problems. Mostly, it was questions about previous projects.
Engineering Intern
HireVue interview. 10 questions that are all behavioral. The questions were addressed mostly around your past experiences and what you could contribute. You have unlimited time to prepare your response in-between questions.
Optics Technician
Very long. I have been through four interviews and am still waiting for further information to complete the full hiring process. If you plan on working here, be prepared to be there for the long haul.
