Unhealthy working environment: impossible schedules, very little testing capabilities and project management tools to deal with, alongside bad treatment of employees.
Let SW engineers follow the ASML Way of Work. If you don’t let them and force them to cut corners in terms of quality, don’t throw them under the bus when things go south.

I had to record myself on their platform and answer a couple of questions. The questions were all non-technical. Things like, "How do you go about resolving conflict?"
