Great 401k, good work-life balance, average pay
The 401k allows after-tax in-plan Roth conversions and in-service distributions to your Roth IRA for mega backdoor Roth contributions, along with BrokerageLink for custom investments.
Work-life balance is good compared to my friends in other companies.
Pay is just average, with RSUs (LTIs as they call it here) not being given to everyone or regularly. Even if they are given, they are meager compared to what other companies give out.
