Good work-life balance. Friendly and supportive people. Slightly flexible hours for interns, like 8 am-4 pm instead of 9 am to 5 pm, etc.
May or may not (50% chance) give return offers to a few people.
Slightly inefficient top-down chain of command in the factory.
Marginally lower pay than other tech companies at Wilton.
