Good Balance, Bureaucracy Frustrates
Great company, several opportunities, great benefits, and good work-life balance.
Work may not be so interesting, with unnecessary bureaucracy. "Senior people" don't listen to people who are in ASML for a short time but are experienced in other industries. Bad habits are kept, even if they don't work. This leads to double work and excessive reworks.
Implement a questionnaire through HR to identify possible improvements. One example is that managers are not evaluated by employees. This means the same mistakes will be kept by them, employees will become frustrated and leave the department or company.
