Room for growth within the company.
Opportunities to travel and understand more about the industry.
Location is still developing, so it can be stressful. Sometimes it's hard to be heard by upper management, since the industry is under a lot of pressure.
Try to schedule projects better with more support and hires. Definitely look into better wages because surrounding companies are paying more for similar and less work.
