Good company to work for, safety-focused.
Your Team Lead or a different Team Lead can make your life very difficult if they don’t like you. Some of the Dutch guys are very arrogant.
There is a lack of resolving conflicts of interest, which leads to unethical behavior by some managers. Please address this.
