Pros: Exciting and engaging work, career path development resources and opportunities.
Great atmosphere, diverse workplace.
Opportunities to make a significant impact on the business and our customers at all levels.
Excellent benefits.
Cons: Vast disparity in pay among same title positions. Career advancement opportunities can be limited at times and in certain organizations. Too many organizational restructures. This year alone, I have been reorg'd 4 times and have had 5 different supervisors. Very little feedback on performance until end-of-year reviews.
