It was a very fast process for the first round. After the interview, they sounded like this would be the final round and confirmation would be sent soon, which I got right away, stating they were impressed with me. Later, they said there would be one more formal round with the VP, which was scheduled for the next day. But it got cancelled and postponed to a later date. Then HR accidentally sent the same job requirement to me instead of another candidate. During the call with the VP, I realized it was just an eye-wash interview for the green card process (They will have to post ads on all job sites, interview the candidates, reject them, and prove to the USCIS that their employee is best and get the labor certification as part of the GC process).
