Software Engineer (Internship) Interview Experience - United States

Process

It was an absolute disappointment. I completed the coding challenge they sent me, and they followed up by scheduling a Skype interview with me. The interviewer sent me a time for the Skype interview but reached out to me at a different time, which I wasn't able to respond to. The interviewer must have been sulking or something, but they didn't respond to my requests for a rescheduled interview, despite the mistake on their part. I believe the interviewing process reflects the company culture. If this is how they treat potential employees, then I dodged a bullet.
