Pros: You get to build at scale with solid support and stability.

Cons: Can feel a bit bureaucratic at times, which might slow down innovation.

Pros: Decent pay, not much work if that's your goal. Mostly chill, except when arbitrary deadlines roll around. Nice people.

Cons: Horrendous leadership; the company is stagnant, resting on its laurels. There is zero interest in owning any software. It offloads more and more to third parties and contractors every year, as if it hates expertise. Consequently, it is comprised of a whole lot of managers and not a lot of people that actually do anything.

Pros: Everyone is collaborative at the company.

Cons: I can't think of one as of now.
