A great place to work full-time.
Lots of turnover in management due to the sheer size of the company.
Pretty fragmented, no good templating or process. Mostly ATT hires candidates out of college right now and does not focus on true hiring. I interviewed with one team for really just one hour. I don't see how that was enough to gauge my skills.
The OA had 6 problems: 3 coding problems (two easy and a third hard), an SQL question, one question about data structures, and one question about architecture. Overall, I think the OA was fair. If you pass it, you get a home assignment.
Overall, a good experience. I made some mistakes on the technical, but it wasn’t by any means too difficult. They get back to you very quickly and do let you know one way or another. They won’t leave you hanging.
