Great work-life balance, excellent teams, and helpful managers.
Long onboarding times due to an old system of onboarding.
The interview consisted of several rounds. First, there would be a technical test, an English language test, and afterwards, you would get a 1:1 interview with a manager. The questions were the standard ones you would expect; no surprises.
The process was pretty quick, with HR contacting me about a month after I applied. Both interviews were over the phone via a Skype app. I found out a week later.
There were 2 rounds of interviews: one with the HR team and then one directly with the program. It wasn't difficult; mostly questions about past experiences. Pretty standard for an entry-level job!
