Company has lost its mind. It punishes hunters in sales and rewards those who promote churn and/or product flipping.

Cons

Terrible. It's toxic. Stay away.

Advice to Management

Don't consider yourself sales if you rank people who actually go out and sell new business alongside the tenured people who simply decrease revenue and check boxes.
