Great managers and upper-level management
Little to no direction in mentorship, learning, etc. Very much a "keep your head down and grind" mindset.
Encourage better and new ways of learning and collaboration. Too numbers-focused and not as focused on vision, implementation, true growth, etc.
It was a great interview from start to finish. There were several rounds, but everyone is looking for the best in you and will engage. There is a roleplay, but the interviewer makes it feel natural.
It was only a two-interview process, pretty easy and straightforward. One is with the HR recruiter and the other with your hiring manager. It felt too easy, only within three weeks.
The 3-step interview process. The final stage incorporated a roleplay aspect in which you set a meeting with a small business. Recruiters look for internal recommendations as well as people who will ask good questions about the role.
