Networking, exposure, and looks good on a resume.
Lots of turnover. The company reorganizes quite a bit (I had 5 managers in a year and a half). It's a sink or swim culture. Compensation isn't on par with other tech orgs.

It was a great interview from start to finish. There were several rounds, but everyone is looking for the best in you and will engage. There is a roleplay, but the interviewer makes it feel natural.
