Before 2021 or so, work/life balance, pay, and management were great.
They changed upper management a few years back, and since then it has ruined the company's culture. A change in pay structure caused sellers who had been there for a decade or more to take a 30% pay cut. Work/life balance took a huge hit as people were expected to do twice as much work for much less pay. New upper management is clueless and consistently makes decisions that negatively affect the teams they lead, while bragging about their vacation houses and yachts. It broke my heart to see a once great company that I was a part of for nearly a decade falling apart due to poor leadership.
