I was the only E&O intern in my Austin office, and there were no local events for me to be a part of. The corporate office had events for the 100 interns there, but the remote AT&T locations (where I was) had very little to offer. An online assessment and two behavioral Skype interviews. Not too challenging or technical. Received an offer within a month or two. The hiring manager was very accommodating in regards to my other offer deadlines and starting date.
Applied online and got an email a couple weeks later scheduling a phone interview. Mainly behavioral questions, nothing too technical. It is good to have examples of projects or teams you have worked on that you can tailor toward the questions. Hav
