Pros

Good and intelligent coworkers, flexible schedules, good sharing of ideas, excellent senior leadership, willingness to work with employees, and a diverse workplace.

Cons

Below-average benefits when compared to similarly sized companies, difficulty in getting promotions within the same job, and sparse workplace perks with little real extra benefits for employees.

Advice to Management

Take care of your people better. Not just in lip service, but with real, tangible benefits to show that you are really changing the corporate culture from a phone company to an overall leader in communications technology.
