Pros

Good pay, Great benefits, Decent WFO policies in some sectors.

Cons

A large company means positions will remain unfilled for extended periods of time. This leads to workloads being transferred to other employees.

Regular hiring freezes further impede filling empty positions.

Advice to Management

Push harder to fill empty roles. Piling on additional responsibilities to current employees is causing high turnover and exacerbating the problems of empty billets.
