Fully remote position, great benefits, interesting software. Challenging, but the work-life balance was decent.
Lack of communication between software teams and management, unclear division of labor across teams, and too many unnecessary meetings.

It was a quick and easy process at that time. I started when the company first started creating that department. From what I heard, the interview process is much more intense now.

They focused me on specific subjects but asked different questions. In the main, they prepared me for a certain type of questions but asked different ones. I was prepared for the kind of questions they told me would be asked.

It went well. There were a lot of tech questions, a coding round, and some theory questions. Overall, it wasn't so difficult and wasn't so easy; it was right in between. The interviewer was quite friendly and interactive.
