Always have to worry about job security.
Seems to have a surplus every quarter nowadays.
Not paid well compared to the competition.
Look after your employees in Engineering.
They are struggling.
They are not being paid well.
They are getting overworked and then, at the end of it, let go.

Software Engineering Intern

TDP Software Engineer
Took OA and passed screening. Moving on to the technical interview. Any advice on what to study up on? I've heard OOP principles and LeetCode easy are on there. So far, the interview process has been really smooth and professional.
