Great Coworkers, Good Pay
Good pay. Everyone has been very positive. Four weeks vacation. Great coworkers with knowledge that are willing to pass it on.
Nothing yet. I will know more when I get six months down the road.
Keep showing employees they are not just a number and mean something. Encourage them to own their jobs and futures. Continue to pay well, as the economy is really dictating more ways to keep good employees.

Easy process: behavioral and technical rounds, one each. First is OA, then initial behavioral. Then a live interview, and finally, an HR interview. Process taken over a couple months.
