Interesting, exciting, valuable, productive perspective.
Tiring, hard work, responsibility, underpaid, stress.
The interview was pretty relaxed, as it was conducted by current people within the TDP program. They give you a simple coding challenge to answer, followed by OOP concept questions. You are then allowed to ask questions about the program itself.
There were 4 rounds of interviews, taking about 3-4 weeks. First was the OA. Second, an HR call. Third, a Technical Interview. Fourth, Behavioral Questions. Each interview is about 30 minutes to 60 minutes long.
The interviewer did not know anything about the position being offered. I was basically sent in to teach the interviewer. The recruiter has no knowledge or insight into the QA tester role nor the software involved in performing the job.
