Nice work culture and benefits
Need to work on multiple projects.
It took a very long time, but the hiring managers were very nice. First, I applied online. Then, it took about two months for them to get back to me. I then had three phone screens: the first was behavioral, and the next two were background checks.
I was scheduled for a 30-minute long phone screening that actually lasted 20 minutes. There were some basic questions on experience from my resume and then a simple technical quiz. It was very laid back overall. The interviewer sounded uninterested
They ask about proficiency in several technologies used by the department, e.g., Linux, CentOS/RHEL, Kickstart, VMware, cfengine, etc. You are not assumed to know everything, but if it is on your resume, you should be familiar with it. They will pick
