Good benefits with good pay while you have the job.
Not much room to grow as an OSP engineer. Too uncertain future.
Met with the second line, then had a panel interview. Then I met the rest of the team. It was a long interview between the team and the boss. Normal interview questions, no tricks. Testing was needed to apply in the first place.
Had two Skype interviews. Both were behavioral, and the second interview consisted of behavioral questions and one technical question. They went through my resume and were interested in my leadership skills. Overall, a positive experience.
It was pretty chill and easy. There were some behavioral questions asked regarding how I've dealt with failure and such. The recruiter was super nice and worked through everything with me. Make sure to clarify questions and talk through the problems
