Great training and benefits. I loved the learning sessions.
Not sure they really care about the individual.
Consider the individuals who really want to work, not so much on 2020.
Three weeks and a mock presentation. Two phone interviews, two one-on-ones, and a final presentation to a panel. The interview process was fairly straightforward and not too difficult. Just prepare and do a little pre-work, and you should be fine.
The initial round was good, and they took a second round of technical interviews with three guys and a manager. As this position was somewhat at an architect level, they stressed more on the application design and flow.
It was mostly internal. I worked as a small business advisor and was promoted to Client Solutions Executive. It was a long time ago, and I don't really remember the process. At this point, I'm just trying to potentially win a free iPad.
