AT&T has been executing major changes in business strategy under its new CEO. Pay and benefits have recently started to become more competitive.
The latest business strategy needs to succeed for the company and its employees to succeed. Leadership is under a great amount of pressure from employees to make the right choices, especially with the previous business strategy not equating to more than a 50% loss in stock price.
Motivate employees and make proper SAS decisions.
