I enjoyed my career and coworkers. I am proud of the work I did there. I am also glad to be retired.
Stay away from this company. They lost their way a long time ago.
They claim employees are their most valuable asset, yet they underpay management (except upper management) by their own comparison to other peer companies. I was a star performer for most of my career but was compensated less than salary grade midpoint for the last ten (10) years, and at the end, they stole my earned Medicare supplement. I had to retire early to keep my earned post-retirement, pre-Medicare healthcare, which they no longer offer.
Pay employees fairly. Cut upper management salaries and benefits in line with the rest of management to show your employees you really value and respect them.
