Pros

The company has an established name and a very long history in telecommunications.

Cons

As an employee, you are only a number. Innovation is frowned upon. Training is forced with the hope of improving employee knowledge.

The reality is this training has to be completed on your personal time, as no time is allotted for the training during the workday.

The organization is very siloed, so collaboration between departments is extremely challenging.

Advice to Management

Learn from the great things companies you purchase are doing and replicate that.

Stop crushing the good from those organizations.
