A good company to start your career. Then, there are many positions to jump to. A perfect place to grow.
Salary stays the same. If you apply for an internal position, the company can offer you a very small uplift. However, if you were coming externally to the company, things would be different. At least for the centre here in Brno, Czech Republic, this is the situation.
