Pros: A good company to start your career. Then, there are many positions to jump to. A perfect place to grow.
Cons: Salary stays the same. If you apply for an internal position, the company can offer you a very small uplift. However, if you were coming externally to the company, things would be different. At least for the centre here in Brno, Czech Republic, this is the situation.

Cons: They are a large organization and sometimes have to deal with other departments at a political level.
