You will always get the credit for your work and also will be appreciated. Even in this much of a big team, you will always be recognizable.
The deadlines they are giving are very short. So, we always need to extend our times in the office, and sometimes we need to work on holidays.
Please keep the dates for deployment in working days, and avoid calling employees on holidays.
