Decent place to work for WLB
Pay is ok, benefits are good, especially with many years on the job. Generally good work-life balance, depending on the team/area.
Cloud migration efforts were pretty much dumped on applications teams to handle themselves with very little support. There are so many layers of bureaucracy, making it hard to get heard or visible to upper management.
