ATT is very top-down managed. This style results in cuts in profitable areas and needed resources that are not recognized higher up the food chain.
Stop trying to be Google. You have your own strong place in the market.

Senior Engineer
The interview was very straightforward. There were a total of three rounds: the first technical, the second technical, and the final HR round. The questions were very specific to the job role. In short, the interview was average.
