Great experience in the most complex environments possible.
Great experience in process development and Agile SCRUM software delivery practices.
Great experience in cross-functional alignment.
Poor work environment. Constantly loaded over capacity. Constantly in fear of losing your job due to layoffs. No ability for advancement.
To VPs and senior leadership:
I know it is very hard to meet the corporate initiatives in your departments in an environment where no one is happy. Please remember, improvement of the company culture comes from the top down, and there is no way to succeed without trusting that your experts know better than you do.
