Great benefits, varied and large breadth of high-tech disciplines to pursue, impressive range and quantity of internal/external training opportunities, and a very rich history of innovation.
A very large company, despite recent great efforts, is still not as agile as smaller companies.
Keep up the good work, but please revamp the internal job search process, especially the web-based job search.
