Pros

It is hard to get fired (which can also be a con since all the mediocre people are here to stay).

Most people are nice and pleasant.

Location can be an advantage if you want to stay away from entering Tel Aviv.

Cons

Benefits are well below average. They know it, and they don't care.

Cheap culture - low 10bis, no RSU's, no ESPP.

Most of the people are technically mediocre at best.

Most projects are boring.

Offices are very (very) low stocked.

It is nearly impossible to get a significant raise.

The company doesn't really care if you leave.

If you want to stay in the technical area, you will find little to no opportunities to grow.
